Report an Auto Accident:
If you are involved in an auto accident, contact the police to file a report. To file a claim contact your independent Cameron agent or CIC directly at 1-816-632-6511. If it is an after-hours emergency, please call 1-877-226-4577.
Reporting Damage to Your Vehicle:
If you are a CIC insured and your vehicle has sustained damage, you may file a claim by calling your local insurance agent or CIC directly at 1-816-632-6511 during normal business hours.
Report a Glass Claim:
If you are a CIC insured and are making a claim for broken auto glass only, (no other damage to the vehicle or damage to another person's vehicle or property) you can report the glass claim to 1-877-CAM-GLSS (226-4577). Our business partner will assist you in arranging for repairs promptly at a convenient location.
If you're in an auto accident, obtain the following information:

Date and time of accident

Accident location (street names and landmarks)

If other vehicles are involved note the year, make, model, and plate number of each of the other vehicle(s), and driver's name, address, and telephone number.

Owner's name, address, and phone number (if not the driver)

Name of the insurance carrier for the other vehicle(s)

Policy number for the other vehicle(s), if possible

Name and phone number of witnesses
If Your Car is Stolen, Vandalized, or you are the Victim of a Hit and Run:

If it is an after-hours emergency, please call 1-877-226-4577. It may be helpful to obtain a copy of the motor vehicle report from the police and send it to the Cameron Insurance claims professional assigned to handle your claim.
If you are not Insured with Cameron Insurance Companies:
If you have been in an accident with a person insured with Cameron Insurance Companies, you may report the claim to CIC by calling 1-816-632-6511 during normal business hours.
